- LGBTQ+ Staff & Leadership | Soul Fam is queer-owned and operated. Our team includes LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who understand the nuances of creating a safe, affirming space because we’ve lived it.
- Zero tolerance for discrimination| We have clear community guidelines and house values to set a tone of respect, consent, and kindness. We don’t tolerate discrimination of any kind, and all guests agree to these principles upon check-in.
- Inclusive Facilities | We offer gender-neutral bathrooms and mixed dorms, along with private room options for those who need extra safety or comfort. Our space is designed to be accessible and affirming to trans and nonbinary guests.
- Staff Training | Our team is trained in inclusive hospitality and receives ongoing education around LGBTQ+ cultural sensitivity (including pronoun usage, identity respect, and active allyship).
